Almost there...
The terracotta is porous so it makes the soil around it moist. My suggestion for this product is to make them narrower so they don't displace so much soil.

They don’t work
They do not work. Plants were almost dead when I got home. They just don’t water fast enough in the sun. Found something better.

They work as I had hoped!
Needed a watering system to cover for me during a two week vacation...I’ve done a test run and they do work, releasing water gradually.I’ll do a soak first and then let the bottle and spike take over!I recommend these terra coat spikes to do the job.

Vacation and plants need water.
I am going on a 10 day trip. I knew my potted flowers and hanging baskets would die. I attached these to water filled wine bottles and it slowly releases the water! Perfect

No Green Thumb... these are perfect.
Great item for the person with no green thumb cuz they forget to water. Or if going out of town for a few. Quick delivery, packaged well.
