I haven't slept on it yet, but this is the best pillow I've ever owned! It fluffed up immediately when I threw it in the dryer for a few minutes after opening. I laid down with it and it is so comfortable, I may not need to adjust the fill, but I can always take a little out if my neck isn't aligned correctly. Really impressed with this after my old chopped foam pillow disintegrated in the washing machine yesterday. I love the outer pillow protector is removable and washable and the fabric is so soft to the touch. In regards to the smell others have complained about, it just smells like new foam that was vacuum sealed and just needs a chance to off-gas. So the smell is present, but not intense at all, and I expect it will dissipate in the next couple of days completely. Very happy with this purchase.

I really like that you can adjust the pillow to how you need it, using the foam provided, and store any extra in the case provided to add or take away. The pillow is very comfortable, and keeps its shape very well. Everything is very light weight and fluffy, and does seem to keep fairly cool at night. I like that there is also a double pillowcase, so you fill one, and can remove the outer one to wash. The outer pillowcase is very silky and soft, so you could use these without a regular pillowcase if you wanted as well.

Comfy. Lots of stuffing which can be removed and stored to adjust to your liking. It doesn’t allow not cool. I felt no difference in temp compared to my normal pillows.

It’s only been a few nights and this pillow has helped me get better sleep. It’s firm and soft plus cooling which is nice. It’s even better if you put a cooling pillowcase on top too. It’s definitely a full pillow but you can also remove stuffing. They even send extra stuffing if you need it.

Very good pillow, I am a side sleeper and it gives me a great support. Love the comfort, the cool side and washable cover(wish I knew of that os allergy proof or not) like the idea that foam pillow can go in dryer - I can sanitize it if I must. I am grateful for very thoughtful packaging.

This is my first time trying shredded memory foam pillows. I’ve always used solid memory foam pillows in the past, but since I was upgrading my bedding, I decided to order these in both King and Queen sizes.One thing I really appreciate is that they’re true to size and fit standard pillowcases well. That’s something I’ve found lacking with many solid memory foam pillows, which often run smaller than their advertised size.For my preferences as a stomach/side sleeper, I ended up removing about one-third of the filling, which aligns with the manufacturer’s recommendation. The pillows do feel slightly lumpy at times, likely because of the shredded foam (or possibly the textured cover), but it hasn’t been a deal breaker.My biggest issue has been the odor. I seem to be particularly sensitive to it. I’ve washed the covers and tumbled the pillows in the dryer as recommended, but the smell is still fairly strong. I’m hoping it continues to dissipate over the next few days. Otherwise, I may end up returning them.

Bought these pillows to try because the reviews were good and they didn’t disappoint! We’ve tried so many pillows that claimed to be firm or don’t flatten out the second your head hits it but they never actually held up. These on the other hand, the quality is amazing and they’re so comfortable. The material inside molds to your head and stays just how you want it. The additional bag of filling that came with them is great so you can adjust the firmness. Even with pillow cases on you can tell what side is the cooling side vs the bamboo side. Very happy with them and would recommend giving them a try!

This pillow is amazing. I bought it for my husband as a Valentine’s Day gift, and it has been perfect for him. He sleeps really hot, and this cooling material actually keeps him comfortable through the night—he jokes that he wishes our whole bed could be made out of it. I also love that it comes with extra stuffing so you can customize the height. As a postural alignment specialist, I know how much your sleep position affects your neck and spine, and being able to adjust the thickness is a huge plus whether you sleep on your back or side. He didn’t need the extra filling, so I’m saving it for when the pillow naturally starts to lose integrity. It’s been five months, though, and it still feels exactly the same as the day he started using it. Highly recommend.

I love these pillows they’re super comfortable and it nice that you can remove or add stuff as needed too. The cool side does definitely stay cool which is nice for the summer time when it warm

The pillows were vac packed so tight that when I unrolled them and shook them out I was skeptical that they would fluff much at all--5 minutes in the dryer with wool balls and they exploded into massive fluffy pillows! They are slightly oversized for my Jennifer Adams king pillow cases so they ended up being WAY too firm the first night. When they're stuffed tight there is very little give and you don't sink in to them at all. I ended up removing 1.5 small garbage bags worth of stuffing and now they're perfect--like sleeping on a new down pillow. Lots of support but you still sink into them. My husband has stopped snoring which is a fantastic bonus!I also love the protective case they come with as it is very soft and the cooling side is fantastic! I don't think I've slept on better pillows.

I ordered a pack of 2 pillows. The inner case of one of them had zipper but the inner case of the other one didn't have and there was even a hole in the fabric of the inner case. The pillows didn't arrive in a box as shown on the product photo but in basic plastic bags. There was no extra bag with filler as shown on the photo. Also, the tags of the outer cases (both pillows) were cut. This was very disappointing and unexpected, considering the high product rating.
