My first impression upon receiving my order was that this looks pretty easy to build and put together. I originally ordered the smaller frame at a discounted price, which I was happy with. Unfortunately after opening the box there was a Manufacturer's mistake in the pieces sent. I was missing a critical piece of the frame because 2 pieces were labeled the same numbers and did not correspond to each other. I was ready to return it for a full refund. But after posting my initial review I received an email from the seller.After discussing the Manufacturer's error, not the sellers, they offered me a new frame that was thicker and sturdier than my previous purchase. I opened the box and all of the pieces were there as advertised. Make sure to pay attention to the screws and what location they are supposed to go in. I made the mistake of using the wrong ones at first and almost stripped the screw! Other wise I love how my blanket ladder turned out and it is serving it's purpose beautifully. I am also impressed with the sellers attention to my initial concern with my product. They were very quick to send me a replacement for a free exchange when they didn't have to. I am very happy with the way it all worked out. Thank you for the great customer service support.

This is a fantastic ladder for the lowest price I’ve seen around on Amazon and other stores. It was easy to put together and is extremely sturdy. It has enough space for most thick blankets.It’s great addition to the living room. I’m extremely happy with this.Only 4 stars because the peel and stick grip pads ended up coming off. The adhesive peeled off. Had to find alternative grips but no biggie.

I use this ladder for clothes and accessories and it is fairly well-made, so it can take a decent amount of weight. Be careful not to use too much force when assembling it, it does not take much force and is easy and quick to assemble.The top ends are useful for hanging a few things such as hats or handbags. You can use S-hooks or similar to hang more accessories.It is not heavy, so it is very easy to move around the house. You may need to angle the ladder a certain way to make it feel more stable, or maybe I had to do that because I didn't put it together perfectly. The ladder comes with rubber pieces with adhesive on one side that you can stick underneath the bottom of the poles. This helps with keeping it stable.The quality of the white paint finish is clean and it came with no defects.

Updated, March 2024. I ordered this ladder in February and it was not worth it. The seller offered me a “new and improved” version and it came in and I can confirm that the new version is much better than the version I originally received. The screws all fit well and the wood aligns. We put the ladder together and it’s sturdy and lovely. I think it will work well once we put it where it’s going to live. It was a bit annoying to put together by myself because of the need to line up all the holes on multiple rails at the same time but it was totally doable and fine. Great customer service, too.I received this ladder today and was putting it together with the provided tools. Immediately upon tightening the screws the wood on both B pieces splintered. Not only did the wood splinter, which would leave one to believe that everything was shored up super tight, but none of the pieces actually fit together flush. You can, in fact, see one of the screws in the gap between two of the pieces but the wood is still splintered on the other side. How does that even work? You can see in the pictures how the wood has split and how the pieces don’t align even though the predrilled holes do. I guess you get what you pay for, which is not a lot.

a nice product. A bit shorter than I expected but I should have measured before I ordered it so that’s my fault. The non-slip rubber for the ends does come off but with some glue they stayed on nicely. Easy to assemble, holes lined up well, light weight

I ordered this ladder twice. The first time, there was some wood splintering (like an inch long) around a couple of the holes. I returned it and ordered it again because I really liked the look of the ladder in the picture, and I wanted to believe it was a one-off. The second ladder came and the holes that connect A2 and B2 did not line up so the pieces connected crookedly. I'm returning that one too. Huge bummer because otherwise the ladder is exactly what I am looking for. I just can't seem to get a non-defective one.EDIT: WTZ immediately reached out to me to send me another ladder. Impeccable and prompt customer service! Not only that, but the ladder is exactly what I wanted to hang worn clothes that are not bound for the hamper yet. I used to use a chair for them, but now I have a ladder, so I get my to have my chair back. The black lacquer is really chic--like, it looks expensive--and it matches my bedroom furniture perfectly. 10/10 ladder for me.

Very poor machining of holes gives slightly crooked and uneven ladder.Will still look good at a distance, with towels on it....

I took a gamble and purchased this blanket ladder for product photography, but its quality is not good enough for what I need. As shown in the diagram picture of this product listing, the sides are supposedly each made of 2 pieces... the box was so tiny though, I quickly realized each side actually had 4 pieces instead of 2, which greatly diminished the overal esthetic of the blanket ladder. On top of that, the holes are not drilled well enough, and as a result the sides don't look straight at all once assembled... Some areas were chipped and would require white paint to touch-up. The white stain is not even between pieces, i.e. some pieces look less white than others. Ultimately, you get what you pay for- it's functional, but not that good looking.

None of the ladder pieces lined up, there were no buttons supplied to cover the screw holes and the screw heads stripe to easy.
