Q: Can the triple wall pipe be place horizontally (with an elbow) so it comes out the side wall instead of the top?

The Triple Wall Pipe Section can go through a side wall with the use of either 90 degree or 45 degree elbows.

Q: If i stack another pipe ontop of this will the pipe above it still get really hot?

The pipe on top will still get quite hot, especially if you are running the stove high. Please be sure to not expose the single wall pipe to any combustible materials.
