Love it been sat out with it last 4 nights
The media could not be loaded. Expensive but Absolutely worth it Quality product that does what it's advertised to do. Easy to light very little smoke at the start & none once it's in full flow. Nice carry bag which can be used as a cover when it's cooled before cleaning. Cleaning is simple & Quick. Gives off plenty of heat makes a cold evening pleasant to sit out. May buy some of the accessories including the heat deflector which should make it even cosier. Looks the part on the patio.

Not worth the money
Paid a small fortune for the stove and accessories. After 4 burns a black stain around the stove appeared. Emailed customer services and was told by them that it didn’t look normal and should not stain in this way but it was not covered by warranty apparently as it still burns fire. (Which is not a big ask)We used nothing but kiln dried hard wood and it now looks appalling. I’m embarrassed to tell anyone the cost of it. Looks like a rusted washing machine drum!
