Let me start by saying I don't normally write reviews but I had to write one about Molivite because it's actually changed my life! I'm not someone who's on any prescription meds, but I'm an avid supplement-taker ESPECIALLY since the pandemic. I heard about these from a friend and thought I'd give it a try because it says it's an immune booster. I've always taken olive leaf and moringa separately, but I loved that this was a combination of both and other immune system boosters like turmeric, ginger, etc. So with this, I don't take other supplements in addition since this has it all.The first day or so after taking, I didn't really feel any different. I thought since I already took supplements in the past, I wasn't gonna notice a change. But let me tell you, about the third day onwards, I noticed I constantly had energy throughout the day EVERY day, no joke! I don't know what kind of special seasoning they put in here but I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped feeling sluggish around noon, which was the norm for me. I also have yet to get sick. This past flu season I felt untouchable since everyone around me was coughing and wheezing but I was perfectly fine. I hadn't changed anything else in my routine so I can only attribute my lack of catching the flu to these supplements. Also, if you HATE taking pills like me, these don't have a taste, just a slight earthy smell when you first open the bottle. In comparison to my airpods, these capsules are pretty small so I've had no problem swallowing them.The only con is that I wish these came in a bigger size of like 500 caps because I tend to take a little more than the recommended amount. Other than that, I can't sing these supplements praises enough. If you wanna stay healthy basically all year round and have energy to get through the day, get yourself a bottle or 2 or 3 cause you'll be obsessed!!
