I believe it works
I’ve had this plugged in for about 2 months. I have seen a decrease in my electric bill. Approx 6$ a month. It could be working? From my first day it was just trying to find the right places for these where I know no one is going to unplug it at all. Due to instructions and reviews I got it in my head. Don’t unplug. So that’s how I picked where to put it. Green light doesn’t bother me at all. I know according to some reviews it’s “a big deal”. But it really isn’t. It’s not super bright or distracting. When I see it around places of my house it’s more so comforting for me seeing them thinking it’s saving me money. But if it bothers any of you just put a color tape over the light or color it with marker and problem solved. I got just a pack of 2 but my house isn’t huge. There has been no increase in my electric bill since I got it. So the prices it was before I got it hasn’t gone up to those prices since. Which is good. I spent 12.55$ for this (tax included). And I already made my money back within having it in my house for 2 months. 🤷♀️ if I keep ‘em plugged in longer I save more money. So if you ask me if it’s working, to me it is. Just don’t unplug em.Update: I just got my next bill and this time my bill is $40 cheaper from last year. 😃

Unfulfilled Expectations - Power Saver, Energy Saving Device
I have been using the Power Saver, Energy Saving Device for approximately 2 months, and unfortunately, I have not noticed any change in energy savings as the product is advertised. This device consists of a 5 microfarad (5μF) capacitor with its markings erased. When I invested in this device, I was hopeful that it would fulfill the promise of saving energy and reducing my electricity bill. However, after a considerable period of use, I am disappointed to have seen no significant difference in my energy expenses. The claims of efficiency for this product seemed promising, but the reality did not match the expectations. The absence of any noticeable impact on energy savings makes it challenging to justify the continued use of this device.Furthermore, discovering that the Power Saver is essentially a 5 microfarad capacitor with erased markings is disappointing. There appears to be a lack of transparency in the product description, which further undermines confidence in its effectiveness.Overall, my experience with the Power Saver, Energy Saving Device, has been disappointing as it did not deliver on its claims of energy savings. Considering the financial investment and the lack of visible results, I cannot recommend this product to other consumers seeking energy efficiency. It's important to maintain realistic expectations and seek reliable and proven solutions for energy savings.Capacitors of 5 microfarads (5μF) are electrical components that temporarily store and release electrical energy. They are not typically used to save energy or reduce electricity bills when installed in residential electrical outlets. In the context of devices like the "Power Saver" that claim to be energy savers, installing a capacitor in the outlet may be a gimmick or deception. These devices often lack a solid scientific basis for their claims and are designed to appear effective, although they may not provide real energy savings. In more complex and industrial electrical systems, capacitors can be used to improve power factor, which is a measure of the efficiency of electrical energy utilization. However, installing capacitors in residential electrical systems usually does not result in significant energy savings and may even be ineffective. If you want to save energy in your home, it is advisable to adopt proven measures such as using energy-efficient appliances, improving insulation in your home, adjusting thermostat settings, and turning off devices when not in use. Additionally, consult a professional electrician for guidance on optimizing the energy efficiency of your residential electrical system.@ChrisCruzBolsonaro

I've actually saved money on my electric bill.
Before I got this item, my electric bill had a steady average of $125 to $150 during this time of year. I've been using this product for about 2 months now, and my average has wen from $90 to $105 . I will further update this review as time goes on and compare it to consistent bills that range the same in average temperature. It does seem to cut down on spikes. I purchased only two of them but I followed the instructions and placed them nearest my electric control panel. Good luck to all of you, it seems to have a positive effect in my home. The square footage in my home is only 1800 and I always set my air condition a little warm because I have ceiling fans. But I do this every year and now that fuel prices in 2023 are up, my electric bill has slightly moved down. I do have 2 small dogs so I do not allow my home to get to warm because they are 16 years old and I do not want them to get sick or have a possibility of getting in heat sickness.Anything and everything helps now that our government has shown it really is out of touch with what we average Americans are going through.

It's a scam !
Purchased the item in April and have been using it since the day it was delivered. During the 4 months my electric bills have gone up average of 10% more every month than before using it. My electric bill has been just about the same amount every month with maybe few dollars difference. Season does not effect my electric usage since my condo provides ac and heat through out the year as part of the condo fees. My initial thought was the electricity have gone up, but after checking my bill and calling the provider and that was not the case either. So why has my bills gone up after i have plug these so call power saver with the same amount of electric usage i do all the time and without provider raising the cost ? So, i unplug it last month to see what will happen and guess what, my electric bill went back to normal like before i have these bullshit power saver on. It is actually using more electric not less the way it claims. I can't even return them since it has past the return date. DO NOT BUY!!!
