Rich and Smooth, Excellent Base for a Latte!
Right off the bat, I was loving the smell of the espresso beans. I could smell it even through the bag; they are very aromatic. The beans grind well, I stopped at a more medium grind since I did not want the grounds to be too fine. An espresso machine would be amazing for these, though I used my Keurig which worked very well. The coffee that these make is very smooth and rich. I used it as the base of a latte. Honestly, it is better than some coffees I've purchased at specialty shops and could be compared to the rest. 8 oz will make a lot of lattes and I no longer have to leave the comfort of my home for them. I'd say that is most definitely a win.I also want to point out how fresh these are. My bag states the beans were roasted on 12/22/22, I received then in January 2023. That is crazy fresh!

High priced, but if you can afford it and are looking for a great cup of coffee, buy this.
Storyville Coffee Sunrise Blend | Premium Whole Bean Espresso Fresh Roasted Coffee Beans Medium Roast | 8 ouncesFirst impressions: The coffee beans look evenly and well roasted. They smell good, like premium beans should. I like the zip top bag. I generally reseal my beans with my vacuum sealer to keep them fresh but that shouldn’t be necessary for these.Installation/setup: Grind beans using a good grinder, add to espresso machine and follow directions.Final thoughts: I used these beans in my burr grinder then used the grinds in my pour over setup. This made one of the best cups of coffee I’ve had in a while. This is full bodied without being bitter with smooth taste. I drank both cups made without sugar or milk like I usually take my coffee. It was that good. I can’t say it’s worth the high price, because that is really up there but if you can afford it and are looking for a great cup of coffee, buy this.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

Delicious notes of caramel and super fresh
We enjoy this coffee, it is a tasty medium roast. We both drink coffee every day, I like to get unflavored coffees because my husband likes his coffee plain with cream and sugar and most of the time I take mine the same way, but sometimes I like to change the flavor by adding syrups to mine. I usually buy my store brand plain medium roast because we're not picky, I'm no coffee connoisseur, but I'll order this again because we are both happy with this coffee as far as flavor, freshness and helping end human trafficking! The beans were roasted 12 days before I received them! That's incredible and the flavor is so strong, nice hints of caramel and maybe chocolate. Very delicious blend, and the aroma is incredible after I ground them.

Good, Fresh, Pricey
I made this in a french press rather than as espresso so my review is based on that brewing method. The coffee was certainly bold and had a full-bodied with good flavor. The beans seem uniformly roasted and the smell of the bag is really aromatic.I really enjoyed the resealable bag because otherwise i end up trying to find an airtight container or chip clips to keep my coffee fresh. Speaking of freshness, it was roasted the week before i ordered it so it's nice to see it doesn't just sit around in a fullfillment center. For 1/2 lb it's rather pricey. That's how much i'd expect to pay for a full pound of this coffee. If you can get it on sale i'd recommend giving it a try, but otherwise i wouldn't buy this on the regular personally.

Storyville Coffee Sunrise Blend
My wife enjoys a variety of coffee so when I had the chance to try this, I could not say no. Note while I did receive the product for free, I do have to pay income taxes on the full value of it. My review is based solely on the product itself, nothing more. This is an excellent tasting medium roast coffee. The beans were roasted about 2 weeks before I received it and they smelled great coming out of the bag. Excellent quality and freshness. My wife liked its robust taste with no bitterness and low acidity . Obviously, everyone's tastes are different but my wife really enjoyed this coffee.

Not just for espresso machines.
While this is an espresso roast, that doesn't mean it can only be used in espresso machines. I brewed this both in a drip machine (Moccamaster) and as a v60 pour over. The roast date is printed on the bag and it was about two weeks prior to me getting the product which is pretty reasonable. When doing the pour over bloom there were plenty of bubbles making me fully believe the roast date is accurate. The flavor in both the pour over and drip is quite pleasant. The cost is fairly in line with fresh roasted, ethically harvested, whole beans.

room filling aroma
It took a bit of time to get this ground the way I like it, but wow it did hit the medium bold notes I was looking for. I am not one who likes deep dark layered coffees so this one hit pretty well for me. Also provided a good amount of rush in the espresso form to let me know this is not just some regular coffee. As far as the price, it on the higher side, not something I would set up as a daily driver. But as far as an experience its a good one timer..
