I have been using it for a while and here are a couple of things.Pros: The posture is held well and wearing it for a couple of hours itself will make you feel the difference.Cons: The straps material is a little hard and leaves marks everywhere on your body, might look like someone has hit you or tied you up with a rope and initially can leave some bruises on your skin if it is soft. avoid wearing it on bare body.
