I was a skeptic of supplements but this has changed my mind. Recommended by a friend, I gave it a try and found after a couple weeks I had more energy and endurance than before. I don’t know if the brand makes much of a difference. I will continue to use these capsules as long as they keep working😀

I was so excited to get this product! I used to grow my own broccoli sprouts in a four-tiered sprout device, but it became tedious rotating the trays, getting just the right amount of water and sun, dealing with the house smelling like cooked broccoli for days, eating them before they went bad, etc. That’s why I was so happy to see that they make capsules containing broccoli sprout extract...no more having to grow my own and deal with such a mess! I take this product mainly for the health benefits I read about concerning its anti-inflammatory properties and its potential cancer prevention. I would definitely recommend reading up on the health benefits of glucoraphanin and sulforaphane. The capsules are easy to swallow, and there is no unpleasant taste. When I opened the bottle, I got a nice aroma of broccoli, which convinced me I was getting the real deal here. I am very happy with my order and so glad I found these. For me, it’s a great value being a large bottle of 240 capsules.

It seems better than others we tried. The pills smell a little like broccoli, which seems like a good sign. I haven’t noticed any noticeable effects. But I I have only been taking it for about one week.

I ordered these Broccoli Sprout Extract capsules because I keep hearing about food supplements as opposed to single nutrients. The label states this is a supplement of Broccoli Sprout extract. When you open the bottle, you know they are telling the truth. The pungent aroma of broccoli comes out nice and strong. As a curious person, I had to go one step further. I slit open one of the capsules in order to taste it. Yes, it is certainly broccoli or broccoli sprouts. My advice, stick to taking via pill form. Easy to swallow, no taste, and no odor once you swallow the capsule. I still prefer to eat my veggies, but this is a convenient way to get your cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli when you don't have the chance.

After trying this product for a few weeks, I didn’t notice any unpleasant aftertaste, but I also didn’t notice any difference or benefits. Then again, I also didn’t experience any negative effects either so it seems to be safe from what I can tell. I can’t say I would recommend it with any certainty for any specific benefits, but it does seem like a decent way of getting some healthy vitamins into your ‘diet’ that would otherwise be lacking! The current price of ~$25 is a bit high, but you’re getting 240 capsules. However I do question the recommended serving size of 2 capsules 1-3x daily. That seems excessive to me, but if you end up taking the median dose of 2 pills twice a day, this will last you 2 months.

The product is good. I've seen a difference in my bowel habits, not easily constipated like before. However, the capsules were less than indicated by a month and a half. This makes me want to count every pill on delivery! Maybe it was an honest error but a costly one. I'd buy them again due to the quantity of the ingredients, I'd also reccommend but please count them, just in case.
