Update:This is my fifth purchase of this product. I have been taking it consistently since the end of February 2018 to present (September 2018), and my goodness... my HAIR! It has definitely grown faster than it has in the past. This isn't a miracle powder that works overnight. The improvements may seem small day-by-day. However, adding all the improvements up all together after 6 months, there is a noticeable difference. My skin is also a lot better (although I am doing other skin care routine as well).==============================This is my third purchase of this product. I started taking this at the end of February. It's been less than three months, and I've gone through four cans. Initially I purchased one can, then I invested in this three can set. My hair: faster hair growth, but it hasn't gotten fuller. My lashes: there is hair where there used to be empty spots on my bottom lid, but they aren't longer or thicker. My skin: I haven't seen any improvements (still dry) and fine lines are still there, however, less acne and I've gone 6 months without botox and my smile wrinkles haven't returned as quickly as they normally do. My digestion: still the same (not great). My sleep: No improvement (but I also have depression and anxiety). On other forums, I read that max effects are seen after a year. It's only been three months, and I DO see improvements. Will continue to take this product and be patient with results. Nothing happens overnight.
