I ordered this for my son who injured his shoulder. He sometimes feel pain in his shoulder. This therapy pad works well for him. He says it is easy to uses and really does help ease the pain he has. He likes that it has a multifunction setting for the whole body. He also likes that he has the option to plug this in or use a power bank. Very convenient.

Notice ,I do it everyday relieve pain.

I've had the product for a couple of months and it just stopped powering on. It won't power on at all anymore and have trouble shooting all options.

This is stopped working after one month and two days. Two days too late to get a refund. I have tried to contact the seller and can’t get a response. I would not suggest you choose this item, look for another one.
