I have previously wrote a bad review as the product I have received wasn't working. However, after I have messaged the seller, who promptly replied to my message, I have tried the alkaline batteries.This is now working and we are very pleased with the purchase.Anyways, to avoid anything like this to happen again I believe it should somewhere be specified in big letters to use this type of batteries.Besides the outer box was pretty damaged and there was no protective wrapers inside the box. Therfore, I thought this might be one of the reasons why it didn't work in the first place.I hope this helps.
