Good value. Lid stays on. Still trying to figure out how to keep the strap tight. Instructions not brilliant

Not Lock Securing just Hook with elastic to keep lid down
This secured the lid by hook-strapping it down. It does NOT lock secure the bin lid and the use of the word secure is not in the context of security by locked prevention of access.Anyone can get into the bin there is no way to prevent them unhooking it therefore do not expect “Security”.Given the advert plays on the use of the word secure I don’t recommend this product as advertised.

It was a great invention. Bin toppled twice by strong winds but never spilled a top.Someone else obviously liked to it because it was stolen.

Is it worth the money?
A lot of money for a piece of webbing and a big plastic hook. You could probably make one out of bits from an old backpack . This is not a lock more a strap that makes bin slightly more difficult to open. Webbing badly torn so returned anyway.

Good fit
Easy to fit, keeps the lid secure, even on windy nights. Never been a problem for the bin men.
