I was a little skeptical about this prior to installing it. I've installed a few shower heads for remodels, and >$200 is more than 2x the price for other high quality options.After using it, I'm really happy with it! It definitely is a luxury shower head and it helps to conserve water. I don't notice any difference in water pressure when showering. It's weird to have an app for a shower, but it lets you track your water use (if you want to put the time into doing that), and also lets you set a LED alert (change in color) when you go over X amount of gallons during a shower.The shower itself looks and feels very high quality - the finish is a satin nickel, and it arrived with no flaws or scratches. The parts feel very solid and heavy. The only issue I have with it is that the hose that connects the base to the handheld shower head is not metal and kinks very easily. You will have to reshape it before it sits how you would like. Installing it was also very easy and required zero tools - I wish all shower heads would come with the attachment handle that Hai does.The app is pretty easy to use, and tracks the water usage well. I'm not sure how much I'll use it going forward, but setting up the water usage limit warning is good enough for me.Overall, I am very happy with the showerhead and will recommend it to my friends! However, I would not recommend it if you are doing something like a remodel/flip, or are planning on using it for a rental. The app ties the shower to a specific account.

I was anticipating installation to be tricky but it took under 20 minutes as the instructions were very simple even for someone with zero plumbing skills.Now that it's up and working perfectly, I love it! The high end design blends perfectly with my recently remodeled bathroom. The water pressure is stronger than my former shower head with the option to reduce to the mist for a more relaxing experience.The primary feature that drew me to Hai was to help reduce my water waste; the LED alert has been great - it's let me know I've been taking far too long of showers! I've already made significant improvements in reducing my water use.Highly recommend - and the handheld feature is great for pets, added bonus.

I say this is a game changer because we have 3 kids and if your a parent you know the bedtime routine…kids shower too long delaying bedtime as well as using too much water. This showerhead is super cool as it has the indicator light showing when the time for showering is up. What is even cooler is that it doesn’t have batteries to do so but uses a turbine like a hydroelectric damn to generate the electricity. NO CHANGING BATTERIES! Way to go HAI! The pressure and showerhead feels great as well with different water settings. Water savings is excellent as well!The app is super well done and slick. Easy to setup and was a breeze!The kids are raving!! They love the feel too. Highly recommend!!

I was looking for a good quality 1.8GPM shower head that enables me to reduce water usage, or at least give me insights on what I could/should do to be able to better understand our water usage in the shower. The Hai showerhead nails it on most fronts.For one, the install is literally brain-dead-simple. Unless you have particularly old/rusty plumbing, from box open to shower ON should take you no more than 10mins. You don't even need a wrench with everything being hand tightened. Next, the app is very straightforward to setup and get going. Really, it all sorta...just works!That being said, a few points of note; the water conservation/saving part of it is ENTIRELY up to you. I was a little confused when reading through, but all the shower+App do is notify and inform you of a) When water has hit preset temperature threshold and b) when you have exceeded your shower budget. For the full retail price, I would have definitely appreciated a thermostatic valve/feature of some sort that is able to reduce water flow once desired temperature has been reached. For this reason, I would be a little on the fence about purchasing the Hai shower head at full retail. However, if you're able to get it for less than that (like I was on Amazon), I would definitely recommend this. It has shaped our showering patterns and made us more aware of our water use. Picked up a second one for our guest bath!

I recently bought a Hai shower head and the relax infusion. It’s been a total game changer for my nighttime routine.First, the mist setting is my favorite. Every night I feel like I’m in my own little spa. It has just the right amount of water pressure and its much more modern looking than my previous shower head.The infusion is the best part of the entire experience. This little gem has taken my showers to a whole new level of relaxation. I absolutely love the scent and is the perfect way to wind down my day. It’s such a soothing experience and I sleep like a baby every time I use it.Overall, I’m super happy that I decided to indulge myself by buying this, it’s been well worth the investment. You gotta treat yourself!

The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to like this thing it’s gimmicky but I thought maybe i would fall in love. Unfortunately it is not at all worth the price. It tracks your water use and a light comes on when you hit a certain number of gallons. I ended up hating that feature because i felt rushed when that light comes on and the whole point is this is a “luxury spa” shower head. nothing says luxury spa about being rushed. also the ball joint leaked out of the box so i returned, save your money and get a $20 shower head and put a timer on your phone for your water use.
