Zeon Tech Arcadie for Ipad Mini

The arcadie only works with the 4 games found on the product homepage, one of them being pong, so you actually only get 3 real games; invaders, asteroids and tanks. The labels all over telling you to search "Arcadie" on the app store now just gives any kind of arcade game, so it is useless, and the only other arcadie game i found on app store only works on the big ipad arcadie, so i got my money back.The frog game just shows a black screen with the time on top, guess it has a flaw with ios8, and the homepage says there will soon be other games, yet i fear the development has stoppedOnly half the screen is used for the game, while i thought the photos showing the ipad horizontally, actually it is vertical, with the lower half hidden by the cabinet, below the control sticks and buttons are nice physical rubber stamps touching the screen, thus it works nicely without bluetooth yet of course the screen needs to be clean:)When inserting the ipad there comes a warning about using non-standard equipment, which can just be ignored, and i found that you can use the finger grip on the screen to exit a game and select a new without having to reinsert the ipad, despite the game telling you to do soThe controls are nice, although the small ring around the stick is loose, and the space invaders game is worth the price alone, if you like this game, the asteroids is just like the original quite hard to control, both have really nice sound and retro feel, while the tanks is quite simple while still okThe size of visible screen was a disappointment at first, yet i get really engaged in invaders, so it doesn't matter, if just there were more games:(THe buttons and stick work really good and instantly, making it truly feel as if they are attached to the game, only have to dismiss the non-working equipment warning at once, otherwise it will not work (wish i could turn off those warnings, they are made by apple to avoid counterfeit cables)

I used this cabinet installing one Raspberry PI 3 & 5" lcd screen to get a mini arcade retro machine. Also, I purchased it with a big discount so the operation was a complete success!

Only just trying this after buying it a few months ago. Found it a bit complicated to set up, but now we have it working (space invaders game), I don't see me ever getting a look in as my husband is completely taken with it! Haven't tried other games yet, but for £9.99 I think this is really fun, we've had our use of it tonight alone! I'm sure kids would like it as well as 'big kids' who used to play this in arcades back in the day! I have to go now to show my husband how it's done ;)

Its alright...downloading games is a nightmare and forget it if you think your going to play Pacman or Space Invaders. 3 stars for the nostalgic ornament.

In theory this item is a fun and retro however you need to spend a fair amount of money purchasing games from one specific app to load onto ipad.Not prepared to soend heaps on games, so this item has remained unused in its box. Frankly, IMO, it is a complete waste of money.

VIRTUALLY NONE OF THE GAMES WORK THAT YOU PAY EXTRA FOR WAST OF MONEY DONT BUY .

Dont waste your money doesnt work and its an extra £1 per game on the app store for the buttons to then not connect

Bought for my 9 year old nephew and he loves it. A brilliant gadget. It works well. You have to configure the ipad mini when ypu plug it in and the apps can be a bit hard to find but they are there. Really pleased.
