Lovely pads of notes - they really need a dispenser which needs to be bought separately
This is a huge stack of post-it's on recycled paper. Sometimes recycled paper is a bit tricky to write on but not this. They are smooth to write on even with a fountain pen. 16 pads of 100 sheets will last for ages. They are stuck from alternate sides (see picture) which is to enable use in a dispenser. It is a bit of a pain without a dispenser hence the lost star. They are advertised as z-notes but I did not know they were specifically designed for a dispenser when I got this. The dispenser is available on Amazon for about a tenner.Other than that, I'm really pleased. Nice colours so you could use the different colours for different purposes (8 different colours,2 of each)

Brightly coloured Post-It notes, which are now more environmentally friendly
The last time I bought Post-It notes, they either came in single pads or in blocks, but always individually wrapped in cellophane. Clearly things have moved on a lot since those days and the cellophane has now gone, to be replaced with a much more environmentally friendly cardboard box. In some ways, this feels like quite a positive change, as cardboard is much more easily recycled and it also reduces our reliance on some of the most scarce natural resources. However, at a very minimum, 3M might want to rethink the design of the cardboard box and incorporate a tab to keep it closed, as the box I received had opened in the post and some of the pads had become very slightly damaged (albeit, it's easy to see that this damage could have been much worse). In relation to the Post-It note pads themselves, I've always been a bit of a sucker for them and in particular, the brightly coloured versions (such as these). As you will be able to see from my picture, the colours are quite strong, even though they are described as pastel colours. Out of the total of 16 pads, there are a total of 6 different colours - 3 of each of the orange and green coloured pads and 2 each of the blue coloured pads. The quality of these Post-It notes are no different to any other variants which you may have used and being the traditional rectangualr shape, they are able to accommodate a reasonable amount of information.I appreciate that you might look at the price of these pads and think it is extortionate however, you have to remember that you are getting 16 individual pads and based on the current price of £26, I don't think that £1.63 is overly bad value (albeit, you may wish to hold out for a bargain, given that CamelCamelCamel shows that they have been priced at £0.77 per pad, earlier this year).Irrespective of the price, I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed with these pads and I'd wholly recommend them

excellent, more convenient... and more eco friendly
These are excellent post its, which I use for work - the glue/stickiness is of post-it quality not the cheap knock offs, the colours are light enough that pen written on them is clearly legible, and the pads are much more convenient as they aren't each individually plastic wrapped like the normal ones (it's a pain unwrapping a dozen pads when you need them!).The carboard tower isn't great protection for delivery or if you cart these around (mine arrived damp due to the parcelman getting caught in the rain) so it's a shame the whole tower doesn't come with a thin plastic wrap. But overall, i think these are the best post its on the market.

Box doubles as dispenser
Nice colours and excellent box to keep them in until you need them. Best value for this size of 3M Post-It notes I've seen.
