they don't hold the colour after being washed a few times, fading some. The rip stop is a little high on them. Besides that they are really good pantsupdated- these pants have faded quite a bit now. My LA Police gear pants I wear for work as well do not fade at all I've had these twice as long or longerThese are nice though
