Took around 4-7 minutes.Timer setting is fantasticLight sensitivity setting is fantasticInstead of sending $900 for a full body RLT, I just use this one and switch angles to hit different areas. Does it work? as far as I’m concerned, my face seems smoother. I just started using it on my lower body so I have to wait a bit longer to test it’s effectiveness and performance boost. I’m a distance runner; my lower body takes a pounding and I needed something to keep my knees healthy. So far so good. I use mine 2x per day, After waking up and before bed. Sleep quality seems to be better. I defo feel sleepier wen I use it at night which is a major plus. I may also follow up and see how RLT benefits my eyes. I have myopia (-1.25) and I want to see if there will be any improvements as some have experienced. I’m doing various different things to boost my eye health so I won’t be able to say for sure that RLT will be responsible for my eyesight improvement WHEN (not IF), but when my eyesight does improve.

Very easy to assemble. Takes maybe 15 minutes. Rolling stand for easy transfer if needed. Control pad has controls for the strength of the lamp and a timer that can go from 5 mins to an hour. I turned up the power on the lamp to 10 and it feels nice and warm on my skin. I’m using it for skin benefits and it seems like a nice apparatus

could have a little wider base so that it was a little more stable. but the wheels roll nice.

Lamp works fine but the housing or coupler did not hold up. The plastic cracked and crumbled in just a few months. I’ve had it now a year and kept it together with duct tape. It’s useless now.I purchased in Nov 2023. It’s Jan 2025. I didn’t even use it a lot.What a waste.

So I started out with a red light theropy panel and it was great but I would have to stand the for a good 20 minutes or so. What I like about this is that it is a lamp so I stead of standing ther I can just set it up right next to my bed and laydown. It's much better as I get to relax while using the light and I'm able to use it longer and more often

Product seems to work fine for me due to the high heat but not sure about the benefit of red light frequency. The product design is good and take 5 minutes to put together.

Purchase three one for myself one for my mother-in-law and one for my grandma。 two of the three have already broke. Only used it for three months last winter. started up again this week and it broke.
