Bosch ProfessionalGDR 18 V-LI Cordless Impact Driver with Two 18 V 4.0 Ah Lithium-Ion Batteries - L-Boxx

I have been a user of Bosch "Blue" professional tools for years and have just started to upgrade to LI-ION units. This didn't disappoint. Its a well made tool that does what its supposed to do very well. This bare unit came with a belt clip which took a minute to fit then it was pressed straight into use. Tool changing is easy a 4ah battery lasts forever on one charge.If you want a long lasting, powerful tool that wont let you down... buy this.

Pondered for a while before buying this but I don't regret it now. I already have 18V Bosch tools in so all I needed was a bare machine. This machine has bags of power - I've been using it to drive in 90mm coach bolts and it does that with ease. 100mm screws again were again no problem. Driving speed is very controllable so there is little chance of you driving the screws / bolts right down into the wood. The only improvemement to this machine would be to have a sprung release collar so when you release the bit it automatically pops out. But this is a pretty minor niggle on an otherwise great machine.

This driver is a really great piece of kit. I would say at the moment bosch are making the best cordless tools around (other than hilti ofc). The price is also great and very competitive with the other big brands.I would recommend this driver to anyone.Only downside is it doesn't come with ame L-Boxx.

I was initially very pleased with this impact driver, however, the motor gets very hot quite quickly and smells like the motor is now on it's way out. I have bought many Bosch professional range tools over the years, but have found that they are no longer as robust and reliable as they used to be. It has not put me totally off, but am looking at the likes of Hitachi, as the motors tend to be more reliable.

Firstly, why have I been using a drill driver for so long when this existed? This is so much more powerful and screws into most things without the need for pilot holes saving a lot of time. I love this bit of kit! Only negative really is that the plastic at the front looks like it is already peeling off!

powerful, well made and balanced but rather heavy (not a bad thing as it means the components are made of metal rather than nylon). 3 years warranty once registered with Bosch professional. Made in Malaysia

this is the second one ive bought because the first melted shortly after a year, after minimal use and id not registered it for the 3 year which i was unaware i had to do, therefore losing the guarantee. I only bought it again because id just bought a second battery before it broke. its now registered for 3 years so lets see if it lasts. As a tool though its power is impressive for the price, tends to max out with removing some 100mm x 5.0 but drives them sound., i like the torch on it and it feels good in the hand . its nice and compact but bits can be hard to remove after extended use, i often need to wriggle them out with pliers.So if you are organised and cover yourself, the reliability issue shouldnt be a problem. But i wont recommend Bosch now ive had a problem and contacted their customer service team. I never had a makita tool break within its guarantee and will be switching back when ive killed these batteries off.

Die Lieferzeit war mit 6-9 Tagen angegeben. Doch obwohl ich am Donnerstag bestellte erhielt ich die Ware Schon zwei Tage später am Samstag.Der Schrauber wird von mir in Verbindung mit einem Wirelesscharging 2,0 ah Akku-kit von Bosch genutzt. Aussreichend Drehmoment für einen Radwechsel und für 16mm schrauben. So wird er all meinen Ansprüchen gerecht. Er ist leicht und ist sehr Staubresistent.Der einzig Negative punkt war das der Schrauber nicht mehr Original Verpackt war und das er leicht Dreckig war. Wird er bei mir aber sowieso.Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Bin etwas enttäuscht, sraube sonst mit einen 14,4V gsr Schrauber von Bosch und bekomme die gleichen Schrauben (8mm Schrauben in Hartholz ) schneller und manchmal sogar weiter rein. Der Lärm ist auch gewaltig, positiv ist zu sagen dass alles sehr bequem geht, es verdreht einem nicht den ganzen Arm und die Maschine lässt sich fast mit zwei Fingern halten. Für meine Verwendung trotz der 18 Volt eindeutig zu schwach.
