Sassi Acrylic Liquid

it works good, decent for the price

So I received the product today and it is great, and also is not to strong smelling. The only reason I won't give five stars is because when you look at the product description it just says acrylic liquid and as alot of people who do nails know there are a ton of different liquids that are for different things and I wasn't positive this was monomer and had my fingers crossed it was. The description would be much better if they include that it is monomer. But other than that it's a great product and great price.

Our teenage daughter wanted to learn how to do her own nails, so we purchased everything she needed to get started. At the last minute we learned that she needed acrylic liquid so we purchased a bottle at a local store. After several uses on her practice nails, the acrylic liquid did not seem to be holding up, so we purchased Sassi. The bottle is a nice size and she was able to work with this liquid along with her powder better than the other product.

I am writing this review after the second purchase of this bottle and I must say that i have been let down. I am not a professional, I am not professionally trained, I am self taught but I have been doing my own acryllic nails for six years so I would say that I have a decent frame of reference. I really liked this monomer the first time I bought it, hence the second purchase but there is something definitely off about it this time around. I never once experienced lifting with the first bottle, second bottle, I can't seem to keep my nails on to save my life. My technique, tools, primers and powders are all the same as before, the only thing I can figure is that I got a bad batch or its old fluid. Either way, I am disappointed and I don't know if I trust to purchase this product or from this seller again.

I love this liquid the smell to me is not that bad, but then again I do do my nails ALOT so maybe I am immune to it! I usually have a window open with a fan to help the smell of all my nail supplies anyway. It picks up my acrylic powder beautifully! It is a great size for the price, when needed I will be ordering again I love it!!

I am new to applying my own acrylic nails, but after reading reviews and trying a cheaper acrylic liquid that came in a kit, I am sold on this product. This appears to be the same purple liquid that the salons use on acrylic nails. The smell is strong, but it is strong in the salon and they have the vents to circulate the air. I find this makes it much easier to shape my acrylic nails. I plan to continue to use this product.

this is exactly what they use in the nail salon. smell can be a little over powering so make sure to be in a well ventilated area. nice size bottle that it comes in just as pictured (just under the size of a coke can probably) its purple color wise if your wondering. I think it works well on my acrylic asp nail powder just need a better solution to keep the cured acrylic to my actual nail cus it keeps popping off.

The price is comparable and competitive with other monomers. My only issue was I decided to change to gels in the time frame this product was being shipped, otherwise when I resume doing acrylics, I am certain this will be a good product.
