The lamp is about 6 pounds and very neat looking piece of salt. There was a little salt in the packaging but wrapped really well, and came with a spare bulb. Also it works with a timer device, allowing the lamp to be used as a gentle wake up alarm. Perfect!!

Works great, nice light

Nice size. Quality packed. Plastic ring on cord arrived broken. Contacted customer service and they responded within a day and offered a replacement cord but stated they are now removing the breakable ring. Fortunately, the part doesn't affect the usage of the lamp. It has a nice amber glow. It is much brighter than expected. Real salt lamps have a soft glow. Hopefully this one is legit and just has a bright bulb. Overall, very pleased with this item. I bought a really expensive one and it had a broken bulb shattered all inside the box. Save money and aggravation by choosing this one. Did I forget to mention that it comes with a 3 year warranty and excellent customer service!!

This salt lamp is beautiful, and if you're looking st buying one I recommend this brand/company. There are other salt lamps listed on Amazon so I wasn't sure which to get initially, but this one was perfect. It's much heavier than I thought it was going to be, and is very nice quality.The lamp came with a light bulb, the cord, and the salt lamp itself which is attached to a wood base. It's beautiful on! The company included a letter for customers in case there were any issues, and made it clear they would go out of their way to resolve any issues. When looking at salt lamps one of the tell tale signs that the lamps are real are that they have a great return/exhange policy and the fact the company is willing to resolve any issues is a great sign. Plus these lamps come from Pakistan, which adds to the validity so you don't have to worry about these lamps being fake... they're real, and great quality!

I love the lamp it’s beautiful. There’s an on/off switch that’s easy to use. I love the glow that it gives, it feels so warm and cozy in my space. I did have an issue with my lamp cord arriving broken. I contacted Mockins through email and I received a response quickly. They sent me a replacement cord and I’m really impressed with their customer service.

What’s not to like? The right lamp at the right price!

Arrived looking like it traveled in the back of a cement mixer. I think the thing was still oozing water from the salt mine. Base was covered in some crusty residue that had crystalized and blackened in color. It was a total fail, had to return it. With so many options out there I'd say pass on these and find an alternate.

When this arrived both of them were broken. I received a replacement order and they were also broken. It is a beautiful light but I think the manufacturer needs to figure out a better way to package them.

The item I received was the mid size, i.e. not small not large.The lamp socket was broken, but I was able to install it although its broken hoping it will be stable.Generally I like it and happy that I bought,The current price is triple the price I paid. I will never buy it again.
