Charger exploded
Don't buy this item as our charger exploded while charging. It had happened within a month

It made my computer glitch
Very bad quality and it ruined my laptop i use it only to charge but when I want to work I have to remove it from the laptop because my laptop will glitch

Light not coming in while charging, making noise
When the charger is plugged into my surface 7 pro, the light does not come on and it makes an annoying noise. However it does charge- slowly

Not real Microsoft product
This product doesn't work correctly. It "charges" but affects the use of the laptop, slows it down and the track pad becomes unresponsive. So frustrating.

Works as described
Arrived very promptly in protective film in outer box too. Was a replacement for a previous (recalled and more expensive!) product from a different supplier. Works as advertised with no issues. Nice extra features eg velcro strap for keeping cable neat 'n tidy, and additional cable clip on lead. Would recommend.

Great Product
I have previously bought many different types of adaptors but this one is by far the best. Very sturdy and strong with good connections. Also, to have the additional USB point included is a very welcome addition. Would totally recommend.
