Great for post workout recovery
Really good for muscle recovery. After working out, the BCAA helps with muscle recovery and I don’t really feel too sore. Biggest disappointment is the seal on the product itself. In the picture, there was a small opening on the seal and you can see the powder along the edge. Most likely due to the glue on the seal starting to breakdown. Not sure how long the product has been on the shelf. Just hope that future products would have a better seal. Hope to see more flavours too!

I love that this is caffeine free since I can't have caffeine at all. I feel that this product was a game-changer in helping my muscles recover, and have noticed more muscle definition since using it. I drink it right in the AM as instructed, so it's also a great way to get in an extra 8 ounces of water right away in the morning. The fruit punch flavor tastes great! I'm not that big of a fan of the lime (it's not gross or anything, it's just not as good as the fruit punch). It's a shame that there's red dye in this product, because the taste is great, and I could care less if it turns the water pink instead of just being non-colored. I would give it 5 stars if the there'd be a flavored option without dye.
