Great product highly recommended
On arrival my bessastart culture was missing. This was sent out without hassle or quibbles for which I am grateful. I would recommend that you closely follow the humidity requirements or you salami will dry too Wicklow and shrink.

Salami kit
Content is a salami making kit. No thrills here re boxing and presentation but this not needed. Hopefully salami on kit being used taste good but that will be down to the person skill not the product.
