This is a very cute nursery lamp or a lamp for a small child's room. I like things that are different, unique, and Mr. Sleepy Sloth here certainly is both of those things. He measures 6.51"D x 6.61"W x 3.49"H and attaches to your child's crib with a strap, but this sloth lamp would be very cute in any child's room.Mr. Sloth comes with eight pre-loaded soothing sounds including white noise, ocean waves and lullabies to soothe your child to sleep or back to sleep in the middle of the night. He uses three AA batteries which aren't included. He also projects multicolored wildlife images on the walls and ceiling to help soothe your baby to sleep.The sloth's belly lights up in 15/30/60-minute increments that you can set, or you can program him to stay on all night long. The timer will shut the projector, sound and nightlight off. Mr. Sloth is interactive, and his Bump N’ Play mode allows for baby-activated operation. When bumped, the last setting for light, sound and projector turns on and the 15-minute timer is activated. Bought for my grandson and it doesn't project on ceiling. The color barely hits ceiling. Definitely not impressed at all. Kinda upset my grandscont enjoy it

I have been asked to review this item with my honest and unbiased opinion. This portable sound machine is really nice and like the cute sloth design. However I turned the touch feature on and now am unable to turn that feature off. So now sometimes it just turns itself on, or when I move it or something bumps it it just turns on.

When my coworker had a new baby, I knew that this would be the perfect gift and I was right! My friend has been using this device almost since she brought her baby boy home. She says she uses it at quiet times to set the mood for sleep. Her toddler who shares a room with his baby brother enjoys it too.I think this is a good gift for any family with a young child. The lights are enchanting and the soothing sounds will lull any baby (or exhausted Mommy) into dreamland.

This sloth baby soothing machine and light projector is very cute and we have gotten many compliments for its look and the night projector is a very neat idea. The soothing machine has 8 different soothing songs and sounds and I would say it does work some nights and some nights it doesn’t. Probably very much depends on your child / baby. I will say the night projection is very cool and at least keeps the baby entertained when she can’t fall asleep. Overall, I think it’s a very cool and neat gadget, but probably not absolutely necessary if you already have a white noise machine or snoo bassinet. At a price of $40 at the time of this review, I think it a bit pricey for what it is.

This soother, although cute, is quite cumbersome to use. There isn't an "on/off" button. You have to push each feature every time you want it on. The bump feature doesnt seem to stay on for long. I tried bumping it a few hours later and nothing happened.Also, the velcro straps were not nearly long enough to wrap around my crib bars.Overall, I am disapointed in this product. I love Project Nursery sound machines but the last few I have bought have not delivered on what they used to be.

We love sloths. They are cute, slow, and is my personal spirit animal. Just don't watch the documentary on them that talks about the microorganisms that live in their fur... Anyway!The sloth nightlight is about the size of a small tablet. It is not heavy so no worries about dropping it and breaking your toe. Add the AA batteries and you may not want to test it to see how your toes hold up. The batteries last a long time while this is in use. I do not have the exact time but I was surprised at how little draw this product has.The throw from the light is very nice and has multiple color combinations to choose from. It is easy to make adjustments and pick your favorite color thanks to the button/ control console on the top which is recessed and out of the way.There are two Velcro connections on the back so you can mount it to just about anything you want or need to for the baby's enjoyment.Color is nice and product matches description and images. Very adorable.
