I don’t usually leave a review, but Omegaflex was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a ring for my 50+ guy that would add that extra firmness. But most rings made us nervous to use. Omegaflex was the perfect substitute for us. The directions with an illustration made it simple to understand. It did exactly what we were hoping for. This was such a better alternative than those popular scary rings.

This thing just doesn't work as advertised.First off, the instructions included with it are incorrect, I even got an email from company admitting the designer of the instructions put the device on the drawing incorrectly.Secondly, I'm by no means a "huge" man, I'm slightly above average and this thing would not fit around my "equipment".When I did get it to stay on, it would pinch in the wrong areas and provide no function in the pressure points it was supposed to to achieve the desired effect.This thing worked worse than a $5 rubber ring.

This is easy to get off because it's impossible to put on. Attempts to put it on are painful. The directions are as clear as mud.

Still deciding whether to return it. You have to be really careful putting it on not to cause pain, and I have not yet noticed any beneficial results. Jury is still out.

I tried a lot of different types of rings all closed round and lasso types single and double and none worked as good as this open one. Once I found how to put it on ( Concave side against body and open side at the base of the penis and open and work down) it seemed to help get and keep a erection. The only one that did that!

While the concept is good: an ED divice that enables larger, firmer erections, AND allows for pleasurable passage of ejaculate at time of climax- this divice just didn't work for me. Priced at $38 is certainly much better than Eddie by Giddy's $180 divice- but it's still too much. The divice is easy enough to position around your penis and scrotum, but it doesn't feel very secure, and doesn't assist much at adressing an ED issue. At least you're able to return for a refund.

This product is just ok; it promised more than it delivered. As someone else said, it slips around. In my opinion, the length of the ‘arms’ need to be longer do it can fit correctly behind the scrotum’. Perhaps that would help it stay in place better.

Doesn't stay on thus provides zero constriction. I am not a newcomer to using cock rings. I can't believe a patent was issued for this junk.
