I wanted a pair of firm king sized pillows, because I have health issues and have to lie down a lot. I needed something I could either use to prop myself up for reading or lie flat on to sleep. These are perfect! I love the fact that you can adjust the stuffing to suit your firmness preference.They're *very* comfortable. So much so that they were nearly appropriated before I even used them. When I took them out of the package I just tossed them on the bed. When I turned around a minute later, each one had a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel happily ensconced on it, clearly intent on claiming permanent possession! In fairness, the boys *do* allow me a few inches at the edge of their king sized bed. lolAll in all, I am very happy with this purchase. Next time they're on sale I may even break down and get a pair for my fur babies.

First of all, I did my research and I’m glad I chose this pillow. My previous pillow was a “My Pillow” original. This Bravbowerry pillow is 100% way better. There are two side… my favorite is the cooling side. Yes, it is cool even with the pillow case on! Let’s talk about the shredded memory foam stuffing.. that stay fluffy, not flat like a cardboard. It also came with extra stuffing on the side. Which I added in mine. I’m a side sleeper, I like my pillow more firm. The Bravbowerry pillow stays firm and very comfortable at the same time. I notice that I have been sleeping a lot better. I didn’t notice any bad smell. The outside pillow lining is very soft and smooth.This pillow gives anyone an option to take the shredded memory foam out or place more inside. I never owned a pillow like this. I am a true customer writing this review for others can read.

Beyond happy with the quality and amount this pillow actually puffed up. I was skeptical when I first opened the packaging but once you actually let it sit and rise for 24 hours it puffs up nicely and is super comfortable. Only complaint is the "cooling side" isn't very cooling. But would 100% purchase again on price and comfort alone.

Hallelujah, I feel like singing too! These are the best pillows I've ever owned and my guests think so too! This is a dual sided bamboo/cooling pillow so you can adjust your temperature, so it does cool, it isn't that noticible though I'm less hot at night. The king pillows are huge, but perfectly fit a king sham. Because I loved them so much I bought two standard size to put on my bed also. They come with extra foam so you can make them as firm or as soft as you want. I found they were perfect just as they arrived and had time to expand, but if the foam ever pushes down, I have extra. I'm sleeping all night, not flipping my hot pillow over. They are comfy just sitting in bed reading or watching TV too. I slept on them after 24 hours after receiving. I only hand worked the foam to become fluffy and full. I notice after sleeping all night on two of them, they quickly within minutes regain their fluffiness when I make the bed again. I have ordered a lot of pillows and continued to search for something that would bring my neck pain into check and help me sleep. I've stopped my search. Buy them! You'll find yourself in a kooshy comfy happy place maybe for the first time in your life.

I’ve had a standard size cooling pillow for years that I absolutely loved but I wanted a king size pillow for my king size bed so ordered these and now I absolutely love them! Even better than my old pillow and they send extra stuffing for the pillows if you need to add more support!

We thought we'd try this pillow as the expensive ($100) pillows we have were not comfortable. These are great pillows and will be buying more. The extra foam to be added if needed was a brilliant approach to customization. Word of note: Let them fluff or place in dryer before adding or taking any away.

Smelled a bit when I opened the package but I let it air out amd fluff up and smell went away. Overall great pillows super comfortable and helped resolve my husband's back pain he had with his previous "ergonomic" pillow. I like that you can change thr filling amount but we didn't have to adjust it. Was comfortable as is. Definitely recommend.

I'm satisfied with my pillows cause I can always get more shredded memory foam if needed to adjust my pillows firmness. The zipper on the side edge of them makes it possible for adjustments.

So: the smell has taken quite a bit longer to dissipate than I would have preferred. That I didn't love. If you don't live in a tiny bachelor apartment and can afford to air your pillows out for a couple days, I think you might have a different experience, but I do and can't and so here we are. Something to consider if you're in a small apartment or a dorm room or another, similar situation. With that said, the smell wasn't awful or incredibly strong, just strange and a bit unpleasant. It didn't stop me sleeping on them! And it was the worst the first week or so, so again, if you have the space to air these out for a couple of days, I think you might have a very different experience.Otherwise, I have absolutely no complaints. I recently went on a tear replacing all of my very old, cheap, falling apart bedding (every piece of which was minimum 3 - 5 years old), and just looking at these next to my old pillows made me put my head in my hands. (My old pillows were VERY lumpy.)The adjustability is excellent, though I'm not sure how you'd stuff them much fuller without getting bits of foam absolutely everywhere. That's one thing to realize: if you open up these pillows or the provided bag of extra, the shredded foam will reveal to you that it loves to travel. It wants to see the world! You will have to keep an eye on it unless you want to find bits everywhere for days afterward. I put a little more in mine because I like a very firm pillow, but honestly, I don't know that I even needed to- these pillows start off full and firm to begin with.I don't know if they're actively cooling, but I have not had any issue with heat, and I do tend to run quite hot.Something to note might be that these pillows are a little weird looking under a white pillowcase because of the textured case and the blue side, so if that's going to bother you, I'd recommend getting a pair of white cotton zipper-closure cases/pillow protectors like I did. Makes them look substantially more normal, and doesn't seem to have had any particular effect on how hot or cool they are.In any case, these are nice pillows and I expect to get a lot of use out of them, they just show up smelling a bit funky and need time and space to air out.

When you take the stuff out to fit your needs for example your neck it's better

I have slept more soundly on these pillows than I have in years!!! I was nervous about the shredded memory foam but it so comfortable. I am in the process of upgrading these pillows through the house!
