One of the product was already opened
I loved the product but I received mine with one of them already opened. I bought two of them. I think the sellers can do better with their packaging.

Products should be sold within date.
Bought this item on 01- 3 - 26, received 04-3-26. Was trying the product for the first time , Disappointed to see that the product is past its use by date which was 09-2-26. Will never buy this product again.

Short use by date.
Great product but the use by date was in 5 weeks. How carefully you need to follow this, I don't know but will be buying the smaller bag in future!

Great stone-ground white cornmeal
This stone-ground white cornmeal is exactly what I was raised on. Making a pan of cornbread with this particular cornmeal has been a constant breeze which never lets me down. I order it consistently as it is so hard to find outside the US. I hope it continues to be available here!

This flour is Genetically modified and it does not say on the description! So I definitely won’t buy again
