Problem solved
This item was perfect for mending a D cell Maglite torch where the rubber button cover had gone missing, to then expose a white up and down toggle switch underneath. It is expensive for what it is, but is much cheaper than a new Maglite. The rubber button squeezes into the exposed hole in the torch body pretty easily and has a small flange round the base to make sure it then stays put.

After dealing with a few people on other websites trying to find the correct button cover there are others out there but I have three after all my searching and this one is the best, this is good quality and the right cover for C and D cell Mags

Comperato come rimpiazzo per l'originale, perduto in servizio. Per evitare che accada ancora, l'ho incollato alla torcia con il Bostik - che dovrebbe averlo anche reso impermeabile.
