Used to seal a flat roof above a bay window. Appears to have worked.

Does a really good job of sealing a leaking roof. Can even be applied successfully when it's still raining.

.great stuff to use , i think its better if you can do it in the dry as gutters would a lot to seal them wet and the water cannot run past it . but would highly recomend this product sealed my box gutter on conservatory that has leaked for years

About 15 years ago we installed a Topseal fibreglass roof over our kitchen extension, replacing a traditional felt roof that constantly leaked. The roof has performed well for a number of years, but has started to exhibit some signs or wear and tear. This stuff with its integrated fibres is superb at patching and renewing that roof.It's not cheap (neither was the fibre glass roof), but is a superb product that really delivers and when the time comes I'll be buying some larger tins to renew the entire roof.

Expensive but used on old asbestos garage roof and worked a treat will need to see how long it lasts. Used two tins on 18 x 10 garage.

I was very pleased with this product as it covered the chimney base very well, filling in all the cracks and water proofing it

Bit tricky to use as it's so thick but it does the job. Having said that it's very pricey
