good size for one. keeps food hot as expected

I've been looking for something to give my children some home cooked food to school for a while and I wanted something not too big so it fits inside their lunch bags but good quality to keep their food warm for when they have their lunches. I put the food inside the pots around 8AM just before we leave the house and they have their lunches around 12:30-1PM and they both told me the food was still warm.I pour boiling water in as soon as I wake up and put the food in piping hot just before we leave the house around 8AM. I also make sure that the pots are full which also helps with keeping the food warm.Overall very pleased. We used these for a few weeks now and there have been no leaks (haven't tried anything too watery yet, just pasta dishes and rice dishes), very easy to clean, though sometimes you might have to put in some vinegar in to remove the smell, otherwise no complaints and the sizes are perfect for kids. A little more expensive than the similar pots for kids but I think they are worth the extra pounds because they actually do the job well.Haven't tried with cold foods/drinks.

This is a nice size for taking soup to work and keeps it warm until lunchtime. (I pour boiling water into the flask while I'm heating my soup. My only issue has been that one lunchtime I was unable to get the flask open - it turned out that without noticing I had managed to get it cross threaded when doing up the lid and the vacuum created then prevented it from being opened. No soup for me that lunchtime, but it still didn't leak and it came undone after soaking it in a bowl of hot water. I just take more care now.

I have previously bought so many for my kids lunches. Non of them match to the quality of these little pods. They are perfect size to give hot pasta to my kids for their lunch at school. They are easy to carry in their school bag without taking too much space and weighing down their bag.

Great little flask for yoghurt, milk etc Keeps the contents cold and the seal is great so no leakages etc. Well made and I'm sure it'll last for many years to come.

Item weight is listed as 200g in technical informationm but in fact mine weighs in at 289g, almost 50% more. For situations where weight is critical this difference is important. There were various options around the 300g point - some maybe better than this ..Have used it yet so don't know it's heat holding capacity.

Very compactcand easy to clean.Fits well in a small lunch bag and keeps food hot for a long time.Very happy with purchase.

Stopped working within the first 3 months, would not recommend.
