This is a great Jump rope. you have to cut it to fit your height, it's super long so even if you are tall it's plenty long. material gets hard if left in the cold so I leave it inside for few minutes before using (I workout in garage). it's lightweight and durable.

It's my first time buying a heavy rope, used it for around 20 days. Quality feels premium, love the color, the length will be optimum for most of the people (10ft). The weight of the rope also feels perfectly balanced, if it's have been a little more heavy then that might have caused strain on arms. The flexibility of this rope is perfectly taken care of and so it allowed me to work on some extra moves very easily. Price is a little bit extra, but I'd say go for it, you definitely won't regret buying this. This is a good heavy rope to up your jump rope game. I was doing 3-4K jumps per session thrice a week or so. My HR used to reach 120 during the final rounds. With this rope, the first 100 jumps elevate the HR to 140/143… ofcourse because of the wt this is more than just conditioning, get this for serious arms strength along with your fat loss/cardio session. Will report further about the durability of the rope. As of now I think the grip will be horrible once I start sweating in the summers.EDIT- after using for a few months, I am pleasantly surprised. The rope is holding well and is not breaking yet. Easy to adjust length as you perfect the rhythm. One of my fav exercises to do. THUMBS UP to this.

Below average quality and Too much price compared to other skipping rope..

This skipping rope is heavy and you will need a day or so to get used to it. But once you have done that, you will find it difficult to use a lighter skipping rope. This one moves very well through the air, improves the fitness level and has a great grip. They look good too. Overall, good value for money.
