Let's start with the good , the frame on this printer is strong , won't have any issues with vibrations ect , the hotend has a built in filament guide which makes loading filament a very simple processThe badThe linear rods are not true 8mm and mine ranged from 7.9-8.3mm measured with starret od mic " I'm a first class machinist " and having igus bearings it either binds or has slopAll four stepper drivers are bad , and of course the steppers are also bad , not sure which one took out the otherHotend fans , while it's a nice setup , first isn't wired correctly , the parts cooling fans x2 and the hotend fan x1 are all controlled by the parts cooling fan gcode , this means if printing filament that doesn't want a parts cooling fan or low level then your hotend fan is also not running or running at a low level as it's tied together with the parts cooling fanBed ,the bed itself is good and the heater seems to do what it is designed to , the problem here is the beds H plate , looks like stamped steel ,and thin so of course the way the belts are routed flexs the h plate which of course causes the igus bushings to bind and replacing this for these clones is rather common they for whatever reason used a smaller centerline between the linear rods for the y axis and you can't use any of the excellent aftermarket H plates found online for the anet ect .being a machinist I'll simply make one but for those of you who aren't you'll need a different planQuality control is lacking , they have a rampsplus2 control board which is prewired with wires hanging out so no disassembly required , unfortunately not all wires was connected on mine or even in the boxThe post repeatedly stated good support , I challenge you to find any support at all for this printer from this company as I spent days trying to do this and came up with nothing , wrote on here in the "ask a question location ". And never got an answer and it appears all that was there before are now goneThe printer has alot of potential but unfortunately the poor quality control , absolutely no support and custom parts make this extremely hard to fix /repair ,So if you want to spend this much money on a casted frame you're good but expecting anything more then that I got bad news for youHopefully mine was just a bad one and the others aren't this way , but with absolutely no support for the printer I can't say either way , if anyone sees this and would like to help resolve my issues I will update this review to reflect that .
