Big problem with eyes at the moment and using during day, not ideal for obvious reasons but soothing.

Bought online as my local pharmacy was out of stock.

I had not used this eye cream before but it is soothing and effective.

The best night ointment. I have Severe Dry Eye Syndrome, I've tried every eye drop,gel, ointment, going - from basic carbomer to hyaluronic formulas, specialist products direct from the manufacturer, and prescription treatments. Generally, I find drops too thin and drying, gels too readily dessicating, causing sharp painful flakey residue, and have only found relief using soft white paraffin/lanolin formula ointments - but they're greasy, and it takes a long while for vision to clear of the misty, opaque veil caused by the ointment.This product is different. It feels like halfway between a Gel and an Ointment. It's lovely and smooth and soothing, like an ointment... Yet it's also hydrating, not merely lubricating. Ive found that, 8 hours after using at bedtime, ive got actual wetness in my eyes - real tears! That hasn't happened spontaneously for years ... Usually, if I want tears, I have to make myself yawn or sneeze. They don't appear any other way.So, I'm very glad I gave this one a try - especially as it's reasonably priced, and a single tube is on Prime delivery. Excellent purchase, I recommend! :)

Eyes still felt dry through night but i have very dry eyes so might not be the product, eye lids very greasy in the morning.

Easy to use at night time just before bed. without it my eyelid feels like it's stuck to my eye. I've tried drops but they don't work all night, often waking up and eye feeling dry, but with this it's still good in the morning. Once you get used to putting it in your eye it's simple though does make your eye blurry for a while hence why I use it just before bed. The Blurring doesn't last too long only a few minutes or so then it's fine.

I've never experienced any issues with other treatments for dry eyes, but this one has lanolin in it which the seller did not state on the advertisement. Since lanolin is an allergen for some people, that failure to disclose is a concern, so please be careful. The discomfort I experienced persisted for hours. Whilst Amazon did refund me in the end, the seller was unhelpful and repeatedly refused to action the request.

I bought this to replace Hylo Night which is no longer available. It is very similar, apart from a very slight chemical smell. I use last thing before I go to bed for dry eyes. It does the job fine. Prefer Hylo but this is a satisfactory alternative.
