While the performance benchmarks did not match touted speeds they were adequate enough for my needs (see enclosed results for Windows 7 and 10.) I am hoping that the error correction capabilities will help prevent data loss over the long term that I sometimes get with SD cards. The drive appears to run fairly cool. Though it does stay warm when idle (82 deg F.) I was surprised to find that the enclosed cable has a custom connector end for the drive. The cable is somewhat stiff making it a bit awkward for laptops, tablets and smart phones.

Solid little drive. The case is nice and small, and the drive is plenty quick - way faster than all but the very best thumb drives. I'm attaching captures from Crystal Disk Mark for reference. My only complaint is that the cable cold be a little lighter & longer.

Initial quality seems good!Convenient size, affordable, unfortunately I purchased it for my Xbox One.Xbox won’t allow game storage on any external less than 256GB. So if you’re struggling with hot dropping Pochinki, this isn’t the solution, you’ll still be dropping north George like me! See you there!

A good SSD, but it would be better if it was Type-C. The recording speed is quite low. When working heats up. The supplied cable weighs almost twice as much as the disc itself. Also, the cable takes up a lot of space.

I have this drive booting my Pi 3b+. It runs great that way.

Gave it 2 stars simply because the drive died on me due to a fatal hardware error only a couple years after use. The drive I got was Chinese. (When plugged into the computer, the drive's name was Chinese.) It's not a horrible drive. Does what it's supposed to do, but I wouldn't expect a long life. It's Chinese and mine did not last very long. Your mileage may vary though.

Use this to backup personal/important files and pictures as a backup for flash drive with the same files. Drives fail, just the nature of the technology. Backup on more than one device and keep them in separate places for safety.

I fix computers every day. Use this for data .since most people don’t have that much stuff saved on the computers these days. SSD so much faster makes my job so much each. Small and light and fast. Love it priced very nice nice too. Saves me hours for my work. Wish would have one years ago. Worth buying one

El empaque es muy sencillo, lo hace parecer corriente pero hasta el momento ha funcionado bien. El disco es muy ligero, tanto, que el cable pesa más.

I used it about 1 month on linux , 24/24 running , a little bit hot , but very convenient
