Are these likely to do the same?** A: Not at all. I’ve been wearing Fannings since 2004 and they are the best flip flops out there. Really comfortable and last for years. **Q: How are these for arch support?** A: Hi. They do have an arch support and a very comfortable gel heel which makes them so much better than other flip flops. I walked 2 hours up and down Mount Versivius volcano in them without an issue! **Q: Different size** A: I bought a size 7 for my son he was very pleased with them and they fit him perfectly! **Q: Are these leather?** A: The strips of this model, are synthetic skin with neoprene interior. sports move ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ comfortable, Durable and the Bottle Opener is a Brilliant Bonus *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 25 September 2026* I've owned several pairs of Reef Fanning flip flops over the years, and it's easy to see why they're so popular. They are exceptionally comfortable, with a cushioned footbed that provides excellent support whether you're walking on the beach, around town, or relaxing on holiday. The build quality is outstanding. The straps feel strong and comfortable against the feet, and the sole offers a good balance of cushioning and durability. Even after plenty of use, they continue to feel supportive and hold their shape well.Of course, the standout feature is the built-in bottle opener on the underside of the sole. It might sound like a gimmick, but it's surprisingly useful for barbecues, beach trips, camping weekends, and outdoor events. It's one of those features you don't realise you need until it's there!Despite having the bottle opener integrated into the sole, the flip flops remain comfortable to wear and don't affect the walking experience at all. They also have a stylish, classic look that pairs well with shorts, swimwear, and casual summer outfits.Overall, these are high-quality flip flops that combine comfort, durability, and a fun practical feature. If you're looking for reliable summer footwear with a bit of personality, the Reef Fanning sandals are hard to beat. Highly recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very comfortable, robust and long lasting. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 10 August 2026* I’m here to buy another pair of these fantastic flip flops. I wear them 3-4 months of the year, and they last 2 - 3 years. They are super-comfortable, and I literally walk miles and miles without any blisters or any discomfort on my feet. I simply won’t look at any other warm-weather footwear. These are unsurpassable in my experience.(Photo shows my 2.5 year old pair. Colour was chosen as it was the cheapest version.) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth the buy *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 28 September 2026* Bought over a year ago. Still look like new and the bottle opener had much use furing bbqs.
