it was inexpensive and a good started camera
My 12-year-old found it cumbersome to attach to anything and difficult to use. He isn’t enjoying it as much as he thought he would, but he does bring it out of something spectacular is happening (like the neighbor making a giant sledding hill out of snow for all the kids). I thought maybe it was just user error on his part, but I agree that it is rather difficult to figure it out- but then again, it was inexpensive and a good started camera.

Missing parts
Missing (a lot) of parts it seems. Didn't realize it until a while after buying it because I didn't assemble it until quite a while after I bought it (learned from this). I just didn't think that greatly of it. Seems kinda cheap.

This product was an utter failure, and we can never have our lost memories back. We bought this for our trip with high hopes, and the camera proceeded to overwrite video by limiting itself to 10 video recording files. If you happen to take more than 10 recordings it will just replace an old file. I am so frustrated and should have just bought a name brand.Buyer beware! I will be seeking a refund if possible.

camera seems ok. LOUSEY company. Owners manual says only use provided charger, or it may not charge. Problem is there is not one in the package. contacted company with no success

Case lens sucks
Well, this is a great camera... until you get sunscreen on the case lens and it etches the surface. I am likely going to try and polish it back smooth but wth? Sunscreen? Really? Its not like its a super aggressive solvent. Absolutely ridiculous this can't take some sunscreen getting on it.

Great Action Camera
This is an amazing camera for the price. Super easy to use, and takes great pics and video. It comes with tons of mounts and accessories too.

Came without user manual
Mine came with the box already opened, and no user manual inside it. When I connect it to turn it on all it says is connecting.
