Perfect for my art pencils. Wanted a sketching tin a variety of pencils. Perfect for my pencil tips not to get damaged. Has a strong snap. They get moved around inside and outside my bag and lid has never came off yet on its own. Put some foam in bottom to give more protection, thick as a single row of pencils. Take that into account I have kneaded eraser, black eraser, pocket knife, clothe, graphite sticks, 34 pencils(thick cont’e) , eraser shield, tin of jumbo pencils, and a coolie tray ful of tools, pens, and tortillions! Absolutely worth what I paid.

I expected for the price it would be sturdy. I was looking for something suitable for regular use and something durable enough to be moved from place to place. Once I received it I knew it would not be up to the task of holding my valuable tools. I decided to keep it because I needed a container for my tv remotes. Im hoping since it will stay in place on my end table it will hold together.If I knew how thin and weak the material was, I would of spent the $12 on a tin of fancy cookies.I could of gotten cookies and a stronger container!

The box is extremely flimsy and they sent it to me in an envelope. It had no chance of getting here without damage. The pictures I have included were taken after my attempt at repair. So it looked a lot worse before then. I’m not even going to attempt to get a replacement. I can crush things for myself.

I don't know why this cost so much. Seems like it should be about half the price. Also came damaged with a ding in the corner. Not too big of a deal since I'm just using it to store fire making materials for bushcraft. A couple weeks later I found a bunch of these exact same tins a the thrift store for $.79 each. I would look at thrift stores if you need something like this for a fraction of the cost.

They’re fine if small dents don’t bother you. It’s hard to find larger, decent looking tins for bulk tea, so I put up with them.Actually I ordered a replacement and amz said don’t bother returning first one so I’m happy.They ship with only one layer of neatly taped small bubble wrap around them which of course doesn’t prohibit denting at all. Especially if it ships in a larger box with other items you ordered, as was the case for one of mine.
