Little Tikes My First Drone Toy

It looked great for a 3 year old to use but didn’t work as it was supposed to, had to pay to return it and the postage allowance didn’t cover postage cost. Replacement one also defective… don’t buy this item you’ll be out of pocket and disappointed

Only lasted less than a day! My 4 year old son played with it in a normal way and after normal crashing getting used to the remote controls the propeller guard snapped we fixed it but then the shorter propeller broke with Ing the next hour and there’s no way to fix it. He’s very sad that he wasn’t able to play with it long :(

The blade protectors broke first night we used it. No real direction came with it. You need to press and press again to get to go higher then 2ft off the ground. My son really loves it when it works

Got this for my 3 year olds birthday. All he wanted was a remote controlled helicopter. For about $10 this is fantastic! The remote control is very basic and too hard for my 3 year old to fly on his own but my older kids can easily fly it for him to chase around. It’s lasted almost 2 weeks now even with a few crashes. It is a bit delicate so needs to be played with supervision. It takes about 30 minutes to charge for about 7-10 minutes of flight time. Over all a good value for the price. Make sure you have batteries on hand for it (takes either AA or AAA, I forgot which ones).

I bought two of these for my grandsons (both age 5) One lasted 2 days before the flimsy blades were broken and the drone could no longer fly. The second one barely made it out of the package. My grandson was so excited that he broke one blade trying to pull it out of the box. We removed that blade and it flew but only for a day until it had crashed so many times it could no longer fly. This is not a durable toy, as you would expect from Little Tykes. Plus you need to stay clear of the rotating blades as it can hurt if the drone runs into you.

Bought it for my kid, who loves airplanes (close enough). It's fun to fly, easy controls.But adult supervision is required when flying this drone. The rotor blades will hurt your child if he/she tries to touch it when in flight. Also, the drone doesn't flies high, so it's lot easier for the child to grab it without powering it down.Durability is definitely lacking here, but I don't mind it. I get what I pay for, so we can't compare it any other expensive drone with complex controls and better built.

I bought this for my son for his 5th birthday. He loved it! The remote is very easy to use but the drone itself is flimsy and cheap. He flew it for a couple minutes then it crashed and was done. The outer plastic rings twisted and the little propeller snapped. Very disappointed that Little Tikes (a child's toy company) put our such a flimsy toy. May be ok for an older child but defiantly not "My First" drone.

Be aware if you buy more than one you can’t fly them at the same timeOne controller will fly both at the same time otherwise great drone for a child just starting out

Didn't work.

Yep, the rings will definitely break almost immediately. Ours did. We cut them off and it flies fine. The battery life span is pretty short, but looking around seems on par with this level of drone. It is easy for my 5 year old to fly, and we've been having a decent time with it.

Good drone for a preschooler. Rings break but still works if you cut them off. Flight time could be longer but its enough to amuse my 4 year old. Will get her a better one once she learns to fly this one.

Not impressed. Part of the propeller broke during first use.

Super fun toy!! The outer ring around the propeller blades almost immediately broke but we just cut them off and the drone actually works way better. My 8 year old daughter loves it!
