It's my new favorite pan!
The concept of making 3 different types of lasagna was so unique I HAD to have this pan. I was originally going to use it to make a meat lasagna w/ricotta, a meat lasagna w/o ricotta (kids hate ricotta) and then finally a vegetable lasagna. Instead, I think I became too ambitious. I made a Cajun chicken lasagna, a roasted vegetable lasagna and a fully loaded meat lasagna. All 3 requiring different sauces. The pan is nicely solidly built, including the sleeve lifts. I was afraid the lifts would bend when lifting the lasagnas out. But nope, they're solid. All in all an impressive pan. Here's what I noticed when using it for the first time. I know that other reviewers have said that they were able to do 3 layers, but I was only able to do two. I put a lot in my layers, apparently, and I sure do love cheese. One box of lasagna noodles was perfect - for both 2 & 3 layers. Because I used 3 different sauces, I ended up building a little tinfoil "wall" in my sections so the sauces wouldn't flow into another's section. That worked well. I waited the recommended 15 minutes for the lasagnas to settle and then tried lifting them out. They came out easily but the layers slid. I think that was a combination of my bad in the amount of cheese used and maybe should've given it another 5 minutes of settling time. Other than that (which I'll play with a little more in the future) the lasagnas came out fantastic. My guests were impressed with the different sleeves of lasagna and we all had a great time with the variety. I would wholeheartedly recommend this pan!

Solution looking for a problem
Big question: why wasn't it made to fit lasagna noodles?! This thing is way too big at the narrowest part...... and then widens out towards the top! Then, too add to the problem, it is made from rust-prone carbon steel poorly coated withsome kind of gray paint/coating. Shame on the company for selling this poorly designed and executed item. I don't even think that it is sanitary.... what the heck is that coating?

5-Inch which serves me MUCH better. My complaint with this was the removable liners
Returned it...replaced it with Chicago Metallic Professional Lasagna Trio Pan, 16-Inch-by-12.5-Inch which serves me MUCH better. My complaint with this was the removable liners, which I thought were going to be so cool, actually were a pain. I tried both a cake and casserole in it, and in both cases the patter/ingredients seeped below them and the baking was so uneven. It isn't made of very heavy materials and simply was disappointing to me for my use. I LOVE my Chicago Metallic 3 section pan. Would not recommend this one, sadly

Great quality of life improvement item
I bought this because I got tired of fighting to get the lasagna out of the pan when feeding the family. My husband laughed when I bought it, but was literally eating his words when I made dinner. Great quality of life improvement item.

Not sure what's to like
The bins are too narrow for lasagne noodles, so you would have to hand-break dozens of noodles. (Interestingly, there is a picture on the pan cover show a noodle hovering over the pan but not actually in it.) If you tried to think of other uses for the pan, such as different dressings/stuffings for Thanksgiving, one can only imagine that once the food was lifted out it would spill everywhere. The lift-out brackets are a great idea; the manufacturer should make a pan divided into two parts instead.

Beautiful Restaurant Quality Lasagna
This pan is a dream, and it cooks so evenly. I used the no-bake noodles, which didn’t fit in the pan, but I just snapped them in thirds, spaced them equally, and had a lower carb dish that cut easily between the portions. Clean up was easy with a little soaking. Love it!

Endless possibilities.
Great addition to your kitchen. The possibilities are endless with this pan. I'm enjoying it a great deal. If you like to cook and want variety without spending too much time in the kitchen, this pan is for you. I highly recommend it.

very cheap used it for the first time in a 350 oven and hand washed it and the coating came off.
