Really disappointed. First and second use was amazing and it worked brilliantly but after that my waffles have stuck. Really annoying as it takes ages to clean (as obviously you don't want to scrub any of the non stick off) and to be honest the pan is useless now. I am chef and look after my equipment but this really has just been a rubbish pan. I have tried to contact tamume but cant seem to find any contact details to ask for a refund. Really annoying and feel very cheated.

First attempt went great, but downhill from there. Waffle go stuck despite greasing and then bits of the teflon layer came off after cleaning number 5.

This waffle iron just does not work. Tried different recipes and they all stick. One can't even clean it off. It is completely useless. Had to throw it away. Am really annoyed as it was a Christmas present and we were all looking forward to making waffles.

The waffle maker doesn't work because the item isn't non-stick. Also because the maker is quite small, it's really difficult to take out the waffles without damaging them.The coating started to wear off after first use. The handle doesn't seem to be of good quality.I would avoid buying this item.Also be warned that almost all of the positive reviews refer to the sandwich/toast maker listed on the same page, not the waffle maker.

The non-stick coating does not work. I've tried using this three times now using various amounts of oil and heat, and every single time has produced a pile of mush. It also doesn't open to a 180° angle, so it's impossible to oil both sides without the oil dripping everywhere unless you use a spray oil. May be useful for less sticky things, like bread.

This is impossible to use. Have been using it for hours trying to perfect it. But life's too short. You can't tell when the waffle is ready so it just separates into two sides, or it's overdone... Then you have to carefully scrape out the waffle bits stuck in it... I'm an experienced cook but I couldn't produce one whole waffle after 3 hours...

ottima. l'impasto non si attacca mai. facile da pulire (detersivo per piatti senza spugna che graffia). mai lavato in lavastoviglie. risultato finale ottimo anche se a me un lato viene perfetto e l'altro meno preciso. decisamente meglio della piastra elettrica. purtroppo non è molto grande. i 4 cuori si staccano alla perfezione. girare spesso in cottura il lato che tocca il fuoco per evitare bruciature.

Le seule problème c'est qu'il faut faire attention à la quantité d'huile pour ne pas que cela dégoulinante sur les gonds depuis le haut... Sinon impec !

Genial, es antiadherente y salen unos chaffles perfectos. Lo malo es que el cierre de los mangos para evitar que salga la masa del gofre cuando se expande no está bien hecha, y se acaba abriendo y liandomela en la cocina. Pero por lo demás bien.

Das Waffeleisen ist absolut unbrauchbar. Die Beschichtung (falls das überhaupt eine Antihaft-Beschichtung ist) des Eisens hat überhaupt keine Wirkung. Alle Waffeln die ich damit machen wollte, im Eisen nach dem Backvorgang festgeklebt. Die Reinigung war dadurch natürlich extrem aufwändig und die Waffeln damit zerstört und nicht genießbar.Geht umgehend an den Verkäufer zurück.

Perfecto si das con la receta adecuada. No olvides untar mantequilla en la gofrera para que no se pegue la masa... 😉
