Waited to submit a review as wanted to see if the product came up to the standard advertised. It is a great product and easy to assemble. Attached to tiled wall and it has withstood the pressures of time and use! The most important part is no drilling is required. Bought a second one!

Yes, only the dish is metal, the fastening is plastic. However, the plastic is very shiny and looks like stainless steel.Takes a moment when you discover the dish isn't attached to the fastening, but the included picture shows you how it fits.I cleaned my tiles, attached the sucker, turned the knob and then left it and returned several times to turn the knob even more.Still fixed. These are good products.

These sucker type of products for bathroom accessories are brilliant. They stick to smooth non porous walls like limpets. If they don’t it’s because the surface is porous or rough and is allowing air in to the suction pad. I had these in my last flat and they were still there 15 years later when I moved house. So if they don’t stick it’s not the products fault, it’s the surface that’s not suitable.

Deficient suction cap. item will not adhere to marble bathroom wall inspite of following the installation instructions and previously cleaning the wall with soap and water. repeated attempts -no success .I will be forced to return the item for a full refund.

This is my 3rd soap holder that I’ve had in my wet room, and by far the best.It is so simple to assemble and fit to the shower wall (without drilling), it looks great and most importantly, it isn’t chrome plated, it’s stainless steel and will never rust.Highly recommended.

Attached this to product to the wall in the shower after cleaning, then wiping with vinegar and then allowing to dry. Was great, I had no problems with it, I had a small bar of soap in it, a razor on one of the hooks and a very light comb on the other hook, so nothing weighty. It was fab until I removed everything except the pad and screw you fixe everything to for cleaning of the shower walls.Once finished cleaning, I reassembled everything without any problem. 48 hours later, it fell of the wall.I had expected, for the price, for it to be stainless steel and to have lasted a bit longer than it has. I have also bought another item utilising exactly the same method, but it is something you put stuff in, shampoo bottles etc. I thought I would wait and see what happened with this product first.
