I found a nice mix of vitamins that support healthy hair, skin and nails and I could see results in my fingernail growth and strength. The taste to me was not good at all. I did have my daughters try them as well as a couple friends who all felt the taste was off putting. They do give results but the taste needs improving. I would also like to see Non-GMO and organic. I do realize that is not the goal of all manufacturers out there. I did give 4 stars because the supplement does produce results. I see that others did not mind the taste. They are gluten free and vegan so if that is important to you give them a try.

I haven’t had them long enough to speak on the results of the vitamins yet, but the texture is really good. The taste isn’t good, but definitely tolerable.

These gummies taste like a buttery coconut. I'm not sure how to explain it, but I enjoy the flavor. They are easy to chew because they are soft. It's sold at a great price point too. I never forget to take these when I wake up because it's just so yummy. I can't speak on hair growth/thickening just yet, but I have noticed a dramatic decrease in hair shedding!! I used to shed 100+ strands a day (I stopped counting after 100) and even my floors would have random strands, my office chair was growing it's own wig. Haha!! A few weeks after taking these it stopped almost completely. I now shed like 5+ and it's barely even noticeable. My nails also grow fast and healthy too! I have to trim them often. I'm on my second bottle now and I will continue to keep buying because I like the ingredients, they taste great, price is great, results are great, I feel great. Pure goodness.*SEPTEMBER 2020 UPDATE*I'm now on the sub & save!!! I will never stop taking these for as long as they keep making these. Legit product to stop your hair from shedding. I'm not sweeping up hair from the floor anymore. My office chair isn't looking like Cousin It anymore either. My boss is happy I don't clog the vacuum filter when tidying my work area. Lol. I shed like crazy before these vitamins. Not anymore!!!

Was very excited for this product and I am not satisfied at all with the flavor. There initial taste isnt great and the aftertaste is awful

I normally use a different brand hair vitamin but it is almost twice the price of this one. The nutrient values are the same so I thought I would try this one to save a little money. The color of the gummies are dull green and orange, not bright like in the photos and texture is not gummy at all more mushy. I can look past those issues. However the taste.. Oh god the taste. I don't even know how to describe it, there is a soap like after taste. Its just bad. I thought I could just choke them down and suffer through the bottle but I can't. I should have just spent the extra money and bought vitamins that have a bearable flavor.

I lost a lot of hair as a result of having Covid. These vitamins have helped thicken up and encourage new hair growth. Highly recommend.

So, I'm giving this product 4 stars only for now, because of a few reasons. First, I have just tried them and need to wait about a month to see if I get any good results. As far as taste, I was genuinely worried about that because of all the reviews that talk about horrible aftertaste. Personally, I think some of those were a bit exaggerated. They didn't taste sweet so much and I didn't expect them to taste like normal gummies, but they do have a strong coconut flavor and sort of an out-of the box flavor, if that makes sense. However, it isn't bad and I was able to chew them fine. Second, the maltitol sweetener in there isn't the best sugar alcohol for anyone following the keto diet, but it beats all those gummies out there that are made with sugar. And last, I am not sure if my batch was kinda off (the expiration date is still good), or they just are supposed to look kind of clumpy/dusty and a bit old. It might just be from humidity, but they still have a few months before they expire so I guess I'm okay. Will update IF I see results.Update:So I changed my 4-star rating to 2, because after going through my bottle which did look iffy to me, I don't think I'll be buying these again. I didn't see much progress. I honestly was only looking for less hair fall out, but a month later and my hair fallout amount is still the same. Maybe I need to keep taking these for longer to start seeing results, but because I had a very questionable batch, I don't think I'll be bothered to buy these again. Plus the sweetener "Maltitol" isn't very keto-friendly. Maybe I'll give pills a shot this time instead of gummies.
