The one that came with the toilet caused issues from the moment I had the toilet installed, but being lazy didn't bother to do anything until it broke after just over a years use and bearing in mind that I live alone with the occasional visits from my 2 daughters it wasn't getting overused so why it broke....So far this has performed its job but it's still early days, let's hope that I don't come back with an edit.

Bought to replace existing button on which a chrome-effect ring had detached and the lug holding it on had snapped.I was pleased to find that this replacement was easy to fit - and the ring that broke on the old one doesn't exist on this one. It's all moulded in one piece so there is nothing to break off.I was able to reuse the old rods, rather than have to trim the long ones that came with it.

Very good product easy to fit not sure why some people complain about quality.It appears to be fine no problems so far (4 months now)

Unfortunately it didn't fit my toilet but that is due to my mistake. It looks great and sturdy just doesn't fit my flush

Cheap and easy to install, the finish doesn’t look great though and it feels very cheap. It has the feel that it may start to flake in a few months

This looks ok, and I think it will do the job . . . . . . if it hadn’t broken. I was screwing it into place (it didn’t even get tight), and the ring broke. It’s very cheap plastic, and is very badly finished. The plastic excess from the moulding wasn’t even trimmed off, I did it with a razor blade. 😐If this cost me £2, then I wouldn’t have a problem, but at £7 I expected a lot better.To be fair, I haven’t contacted the seller, but that’s because I can’t find a link anywhere. If/when the problem is resolved, my score/rating may go up.
