Satin Stainless Steel Door Knob Set - Privacy (Bathroom)

Bathroom doorknob was kaput and had trapped daughter in bathroom, resulting in dramatic rescue by Dad. After I had repaired the smashed doorframe (I get all the best jobs) I needed a doorknob fairly quickly as nobody wants a 2 inch hole in their bathroom door. I thought this one was a great price considering it was Prime delivery.Not sure why people have said it is flimsy because it seems good quality to me. Easy to fit in existing hole after reading instructions (do read them, as lock needs to be in a certain position during fitting) and now working perfectly.

Beautiful latched Door Knob. Love the stainless steel. Is and looks high quality. Had a new door put in by an expert so he put in the latch himself in very little time. The turn lock works extremely well and easily with no problems at all. But there is a key to use if it is locked and you need to open door. Very happy with product. Does what it says. Like it very much. Would certainly recommend it to a friend.

Looks really good, works well, easy to install but has a somewhat "loose" feel to it. Good value for the money if it continues without failure.

The door knob looks really nice and the delivery was very prompt ,next day, but when I come to fit it, one of the screws was jammed into the screwhole on the other knob and I could only secure it with one screw , I needed to fit it that day so I could,nt send it back , maybe it was a one-offso would have liked to give it higher marks.

I bought this to replace another round type privacy door knob that I had on my bathroom door. My old one was more expensive, a brass one, but unfortunately the locking device broke on it. I took the old one off the door and replaced it with this satin stainless steel one in no time at all, granted all the hard work of making the door ready to recieve the handle had been already done but this new lock slotted in snugly with no problem.....It looks great and the locking device works a treat, so well pleased with the product.

Locking mechanism fell out of the handle and is unusable - so not great, although I have to say I do have another one the same which is great and works perfectly!

A strong and solid door knob. Looks really nice on the door and is a good size in your hand. The only negative for me is the 'key' it came with.....would rather have a standard key rather than the flimsy piece of metal supplied which I think wouldn't last long.

I didnt expect this set to be half as good as it is! It required a bit of drilling that I wasn't expecting but is by far the best lockable door handle I've ever fit. Buy cheap, buy twice. Despite that, its great value and will last the test of time!Also dont worry about losing the key! My toddler managed to lock herself in and we used a small electrical screwdriver to get in.
