Although this rolling pin was a bit longer than I would have liked, it does the job well and is sturdy. I have been using it a few times a week for a few months now and I have had no problems. It washes well with a damp cloth, it is sturdy, there is no chipping or discoloration.

I have struggled for years using a conventional cylindrical rolling pin for pastry and pizza dough to get a uniform thickness. This tapered pin is fantastic - easy to use, comfortable and gives superb control in rolling out dough.Thoroughly recommended. And a great price

Before I purchased this rolling pin I always had difficulty getting chapattis to roll thin enough. This is great for rolling out and is a good quality rolling pin, very nicely made.

I love French style rolling pins for baking, and this certainly does the trick.It's a nice length for making anything you might need, and is heavy enough to do the job without being cumbersome.The only thing is that the finish feels a bit rougher than other rolling pins out there. I expect you could sand it a bit and maybe seal it to make it feel nice and smooth.

I purchased this rolling pin for my wife as a Christmas Present as she has always wanted an Italian Rolling Pin. She cannot praise it highly enough and says it is the best rolling pin she has ever owned. Not only is it good for rolling out pasta but is also great for rolling out pie pastry as the shape seems to be able to roll the pastry much thinner and more even than a standard English Rolling Pin. I was able to score a few brownie points with this gift and so far haven't been hit over the head with it!!!

I'm surprised that my hands doesn't hurt after using it. Super easy to work with and not to heavy. the quality is perfect for the price.

This rolling pin is so big it does not fit in the draw. It’s long an thick. The picture does not capture the size of this rolling pin.

Great to work with . I like it . Makes the job easier . May be a little long . But I can take a little off . Nice weight .
