So these stress relief patches didn’t work as I assumed they would for me. Either I am too stressed out or these are more of an patch loaded with vitamins I Arafat have a routine for vitamins so I am not really able to recommend buying this I would say if you feel you don’t take enough vitamins and need to help to control stress maybe this can help

These stress patches are easy to use and are full of good ingredients. I like them for when I am traveling as they take that edge off. Good for up to eight hours. Adhere well and are fairly easy to remove. Easier than taking pills all day long.

I don’t feel anything from this but the nervous wreck patch really does quell my anxiety and stress. Not sure why this one doesn’t do it for me

This patch contains the usual assortment of vitamins and minerals included in most stress relief gummies or pills. The product description doesn't show the ingredients, but I added a picture. There was a label obscuring some of the ingredients that I scraped partially off, but note that they are proprietary and in an unknown quantity. When I did some research on them, many seemed harmless but I had concerns about possible interactions with other medications. I didn't notice any decrease in my stress or improvement in mood, but that doesn't mean they won't work for others.
