I would give zero if I could.
I bought this battery as a back up to my regular batteries for a trip. When I needed it and expected to get several hours out of it, it only lasted 10 minutes. Fully charged! What a piece of garbage. And when I returned from my trip the return window had passed. Money straight into the garbage and I feel preying on the sick. It is so expensive to have health problems and then being scammed by this!

Battery died
The battery died after one use and will not recharge. I use the concentrator as a backup to a home system so I haven't used it for a few weeks. When I tried to use it the battery was dead and won't recharge. A lot of money for a non working item.
