Bliss! So effective at cooling me down, and much prettier and easier than a towel, really does keep cool for quite a while too. I've an inflammatory condition and this really helps me feel more in control of my temperature, I use it round my neck or throat, also around my wrists.

I have been trying to find one of these for years since we have an Australian version (which looks a bit masculine). This is a pretty fabric but it has less gel in it than our original. And, despite instructions to the contrary, I think it is much cooler to wear if it is put in the fridge for a while. All in all I would recommend this.

Worked well at first but became discoloured an smelt fusty so chucked it away

A friend recommended these to me while we were in Barcelona. It has been equally hot here. They are easy to soak and really effective in helping to keep cool in these very sunny days.

Very effective for controlling hot flushes but sadly after less than 9 months the gel is oozing through the fabric weave and the seam has split.

The scarf is excellent, it stayed really cold for 3 days on the trot

I bought this thinking ahead of how it would help in the hot summer days, although at the moment I have been using it more as a cooling massage tool for my broken wrist,I like the pattern on it, but if you cool it too much in cold water the gel inside the scarf does swell, which makes it look a bit odd round the neck, and then you can't really tie it, therefor it might be better to pop it in the fridge to cool again, good idea though.
